Okay, I have been craving Channa Chaat for a while now, and I had to have it! Not the Chickpea Salad kind but the one with the Channa masala gravy. That's when it turns into a flavourful bowl of delight!
So, over the weekend, I decided to make everything at one shot. That includes the Channa Masala for the Chaat.
Well It's not everyday you decide to make something you crave and let the creativity flow and have the time to indulge in it. So, here is the recipe for Channa Masala Chaat:
- Crush 4-5 puris and add them to a bowl.
- Add about 3 tablespoons of channa masala to it
- Add half of the chopped tomato and onion
- Add all the powders, the sprinkle sev on top and garnish with some coriander
