On days when you are craving chocolate and all you have at home is cooking chocolate this recipe comes in handy! Chocolate fudge not only gets ready within minutes it's also unbelievably delicious and melt as soon as you pop a piece into your mouth.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (See notes)
- Remove from heat and add the condense milk to it and mix well
- Pour the mixture onto a greased plate and spread evenly.
- Place the raisins on top and refrigerate for an hour.
- Cut and serve
Double boiler: Take a two vessels so that one fits into the other. Take water in the larger container and place the smaller container inside the one with water. Let the water boil and add chocolate into the smaller container and stir and watch the chocolate melt.
You could also add the raisins while adding the condense milk.
